JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in a case of similar nature, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion for grant of anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
