The petitioner seeks bail in By-Pass P.S.Case No. 04 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submission that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of overt act attributed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of R.S.Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna city in By-Pass P.S.Case No. 04 of 2015 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
