Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 16.11.2020, seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 346 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the material which has surfaced in course of the investigation, the petitioner appears to be the main accused who has committed murder of the deceased, who is the daughter of the informant, aged about 5 years, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44145 of 2021(3) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously well within a period of 15 months. If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
