2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.683 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was caught with a stolen motorcycle. He is in custody since 09.12.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38713 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 Kudhani P.S. Case No.683 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Pirbahore Police Station, District- Patna on every Sunday of the month.
