The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married to Mantu Kumar @ Mantu Sao, but Mantu Kuma @ Mantu Sao and his relatives were torturing his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, his daughter was killed. It is submitted that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother of mother-in-law of the deceased. No allegation is made against the mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant in his complaint petition alleged that Pramod Sah who happens to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29951 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 maternal uncle of the husband of the deceased had gone along with the deceased to bring the deceased from her Naihar. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The deceased died due to illness.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and maternal uncle of the husband of the deceased, they above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014.
