2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120B, R/W 419, 420, 464 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with R.C. Case No. 219(E) of 2011, Special Case No. 4(E) of 2011.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the investigation report discloses that it was accused Vinay Kumar Singh who had impersonated the petitioner, having filled up the application form for the examination and generated the admit card in the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner had no role to the alleged occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition, inviting reference to paragraph-16.40 of the investigation report containing narrative of the links in the chain starting with the petitioner's father Bishnu Deo Ram , through Arun Kumar Yadav,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70909 of 2018(3) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 Satyendra Pandey, Shashi Kumar Yadav and Vinay Kumar Singh. It is submitted that the ultimate beneficiary is the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
