The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020, dated 21.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 34 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33394 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 Several persons are said to have assaulted the victims, but the petitioner is only stated to have exhorted the accused persons to kill everybody. However, this exhortation was resorted to only as a last transaction in the entire episode. Though some of the persons have received injuries, but there is no injury report on the record. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is not the author of anyone of the injuries on anyone of the victims and he is in custody since 21.06.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020.
