Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was fleeing away after seeing the police party he was apprehended and from his possession a country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner did not produce any valid paper.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As per the allegation one country

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29374 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 made pistol and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from his possession.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering eh aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kahalgaon (Ghoogha) P.S.
