The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation regarding the aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 that in case, the petitioner files a representation regarding his grievance within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
