JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 The learned counsel, by way of the present writ petition, has prayed for grant of 3rd A.C.P. w.e.f. 06.02.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation regarding the aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 that in case, the petitioner files a representation regarding his grievance within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
