The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S.Case No. 15 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323,324,307, 447,379,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the husband of the informant with hammer and rod on his head causing fracture injury on his right leg and hands. It is also alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with rod causing grievous injury to her.
It is submitted that the petitioner and the husband of the informant are own brothers and there has been land dispute between both the parties. There has been fight between both the

No.15167 of 2015 (3) dt.02-06-2015 2/3 sides and the wife of the petitioner has also lodged complaint case no. 164 of 2015 for the offence punishable under section 307, 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 16.01.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 with the following conditions :
1.
One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2.
The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3.
The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
4.
In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
