The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Total 2254 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from one truck and three tractors, out of which, this petitioner is registered owner of two tractors.

Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of two tractors, out of four seized vehicles, from which, huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
