2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 1326 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered out of which 240 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the pick-up van.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition and submits that petitioner is the owner of the pick-up van from which 240 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered.
6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the pick-up van from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
