JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In the first information report, the name of petitioner surfaced along with co-accused, Barun Yadav and Lalan Yadav but when the statement of victim, Lal Babu Mahto was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C, the victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused, Barun Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned Sessions Judge.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether four cases but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
