2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363/34 and 366A of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girl was in relationship with one Dhunmun Mochi who has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3164 of 2024. The petitioner is not related to Dhunmun Mochi.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VI, Paliganj, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023.
