2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. From the FIR, it appears that the informant who is a major was in a relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.04.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38705 of 2024(4) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will not threat anyone during trial and if any kind of threat is given by the petitioner, the trial Court will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
