Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that 100 liters of Mahua liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
