Petitioners are accused in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry within 2 years of the marriage. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that in course of investigation, it

No.18996 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 has come that both the petitioners used to reside in village Hariompur and after hearing about the occurrence, both came at the place of occurrence, as detailed in paragraph nos. 19 and 20 of the case diary. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 20.03.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.76 of 2016.
