1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

3. It is alleged that 1429 bottles of Codeine Phosphate and Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup wiscof 100ml kept in 7 yellow plastic sack was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that without his knowledge the driver loaded the seized articles. Petitioner has got no concern

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that huge quantity of recovery made from the vehicle of which this petitioner is the registered owner.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of cough syrup from the vehicle, of which this petitioner is the registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Alok Verma/- U T
