The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.253 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 09.04.2015 at about 1.00 PM., the informant (Gopal Kumar Sinha) withdrew a sum of Rs.25,000/- from Central Bank and thereafter he came to Saraiyaganj Town where the petitioner snatched his purse and wanted to flee away. But, on chase with the help of local people, he was caught with the said amount.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot and the money which had

It has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2015. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the court below which may be subject to final disposal of the case. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case and on deposit of the said amount, he (Md. Farid @ Dampi) shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S.
