2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Patna City Chowk P.S Case no.88 of 2025 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, 22 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the scooty in question and the petitioner was taken into custody.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or from his scooty. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 4.3.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P

6. Having heard learned APP for the State and having perused the material on record, taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR and especially the petitioner not having any antecedent under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Patna City Chowk P.S Case no.88 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City, District-Patna.
