The petitioner is accused in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014, registered under Sections 302,394, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ravi Ranjan Kumar @ Kallu as detailed in para 61 of the case diary, who stated about having hand of this petitioner. Further submission is that while petitioner is accused in two more cases as detailed in para 3 of the petition, but in both cases, the petitioner is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 501 of 2015 arising out of Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
