Mr. A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47479 of 2019.

By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but subject to his surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks of the passing of the order. The petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period due to some unavoidable reasons.

For the reasons stated in the petition, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 12.06.2020 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8348 of 2021(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the order which is sought to be modified.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification petition stands allowed and disposed off.
