The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 150 of 2021, registered under Sections 25(1b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2021, and is a person of clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted, allegation is of recovery of country made pistol from hut which is alleged to be of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer of regular bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody

No.44279 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 since 05.04.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner, is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
