The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No.69 of 2012 registered under Sections 471, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of obtaining the job of a Teacher by submitting the forged B.Ed. Certificate. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the informant Pankaj Kumar was claimant for the post of the Teacher but he could not be selected and appointed and due to that reason, he has filed the present case with false allegation and without proper inquiry, the petitioner has been
