JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Pursuant to the order dated 29.05.2019 an affidavit of the Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Patna has been filed today. The Branch Manager (respondent no. 1) is also present. From the affidavit it appears that the Bank has credited the fixed deposit amount with interest up-to-date being a total amount of Rs. 19,57,782/- in the account of the petitioner which the petitioner has also acknowledged vide Annexure 'B' to the affidavit filed on behalf of the Chief General Manager. The petitioner has made a statement in her acknowledgment that now she has no grievance with the Branch.
