The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 446/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 384, 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence this petitioner along with other accused persons armed with weapons arrived and abused the complainant. They made demand of Rs. 5 lacs from the complainant and threatened him stating therein that it is order of Laddan Beg to get aforesaid amount from him and if he refuses then he will be killed.
It is mentioned in para 9 of bail petition that police after investigation submitted charge-sheet against this petitioner for the offence under Section 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32731 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 446/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
