The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.112 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to be a liner of sand loaded tractors.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner is neither owner of the tractors nor the sand belongs to this petitioner, where, he is only a liner of the said tractors. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.112 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
