Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaria ( Muffasil) P.S. Case no.709 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Dr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that the informant is in habit of filing false cases against the petitioners. Earlier also cases were filed. He has further argued that it appears that injury report was got fabricated. He submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19711 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 that injury report was given after 24 hours, which suggests false implication of the case.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the materials available on record, particularly the F.I.R. . The petitioners are F.I.R. named accused and there is serious accusation against them.

I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
