2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 386 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have stabbed the deceased and killed her. The postmortom report supports the allegation. There are other materials also which support the allegation against the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited.

7. Learned counsel for the informant has assured this Court that the prosecution will produce the witnesses on the date fixed. If the prosecution delays the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
