The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case no.54 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, prosecution story is that the nephew of the informant had gone out, thereafter his dead body was recovered and the petitioners are not named in the FIR as well as they were made accused only on suspicion.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except suspicion there is nothing against them and they are in custody for more than four months. Charge-sheet has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No.54 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
