Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/307/341/354/379/447/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44952 of 2021(3) dt.19-04-2022 2/2 is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 01.01.2020 and F.I.R. was lodged on 17.01.2020 after a lapse of 16 days for which no plausible explanation has been offered. Injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the nature of injuries and the delay in lodging the F.I.R., the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Vth, Supaul, in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
