The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. The injury found on the head of the informant is opined to be simple in nature. Vikky Kumar is also alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head, but only one injury is found that too simple in nature. Vikky Kumar has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail on 27.07.2015 vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28195 of 2015. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the doctor found one lacerated wound on account of assault made by two persons and the injury is simple in nature, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015.
