The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non-consideration of their case for grant of promotion under MACP scheme.

Without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of financial upgradation under the MACP Rules 2010, if they are qualified for grant of such financial upgradation. Decision in this regard
