The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that while 14 years informant's daughter was going to school, she was kidnapped by the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13-12-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim girl has already been recovered. She has solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. The Medical Board has assessed her age to be 18-19 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with POCSO Case No. 91 of 2018 arising out of Dawath P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018.
