The petitioner as well as O.P. No. 2 are present in the Chamber of Mr. Madanjeet Kumar, learned Advocate and apart from the learned Advocates, this Court has interacted with the petitioner and the O.P. No. 2 in presence of learned counsel for the parties in this virtual mode proceeding. They have jointly informed this Court that both the parties have married to each other in a court of law on 27.09.2021 and they are living separately in their own matrimonial home. The informant-O.P. No. 2 has admitted in presence of her Advocate that she has no complaint now.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the provisional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34802 of 2020(12) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.07.2021 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner shall be allowed to remain on bail on the same bail bond.
At this stage it has been noticed that though the informant has entered appearance in this case on 09.07.2021 but she has not been formally made party in this case. Therefore, to correct the records, let the informant be added as opposite party no. 2 in the title portion.
