No. 18413 of 2018, violation of which is being alleged in the present application, had been subject matter of appeal before a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1628 of 2018 and L.P.A. No. 1673 of 2018. the said appeals have been disposed of by judgment and order dated 18.04.2019 by the Division Bench. In view of the said judgment and order of the Division Bench, I am not inclined to proceed any further in the present contempt matter.
It goes without saying that the case of the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.4450 of 2018(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 shall be governed by the Division Bench decision. This application stands disposed of.
