The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six accused persons on a motorcycle looted the informant of his mobile phone, cash etc. details of which are given in the F.I.R.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against six unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of coaccused Santosh Kumar made before the police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has not been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 14.2.2021 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45255 of 2021(04) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case no. 21 of 2012 (G.R. no.156 of 2012) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya.
