The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. No one has seen the deceased going to the house of the petitioner. Moreover, dead-body has been found in a field. The petitioner is a lady. She has been in custody since 04.03.2015 having no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has also been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the witnesses. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32799 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 (G.R. No. 326 of 2015) with the following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
