Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The First Information Report goes to show that the alleged recovery of country made liquor was made from the house of co-accused Giranand Rishideo, who disclosed that he used to sell illicit liquor with the help of petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid accusation, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 20.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
