The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that the petitioner set her house ablaze.

It is submitted that the co-accused Ram Prasad Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail. The occurrence took place on 13.03.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 19.03.2014 i.e. after a week from the date of occurrence. The case is compromised. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26407 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
