1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to include the Name of petitioner wife smt Saraswati Devi in the pension pay order book because at the time of issuance of (PPO) pension payment order in the Column of name and relationship with the government servant was written latter on the same was deleted by cutting the name of Smt. Saraswati Devi which will create problem in future.
(ii) For including the name of petitioner's wife
Patna High Court CWJC No.8991 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 Smt. Saraswati Devi in (PPO) Pension payment order.
(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to refix the family pension of the petitioner and entire pensionary any benefits."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
