The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is to direct the respondents to issue a duplicate Pension Payment Order as he has lost the original Pension Payment Order given to him after his retirement in the year 2010 for which a complaint was made in the Police Station pursuant to which station diary entry was also made by the police.

It is submitted by Mr. K.K.Sinha, learned advocate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7524 of 2014 dt.13-04-2017 2/2 appearing for the State Bank of India that a duly authenticated Xerox copy of the Pension Payment Order of the petitioner has already been given to Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner accepted the contention of Mr. K.K.Sinha, learned counsel for the State Bank of India.
