The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named three persons Bhavnath Shukla alias Lallan Shukla, Sunil Shukla alias Pintu Shukla and Shrikant Shukla alias Jhalnu and suspected that they along with others killed his brother. There is no eye witness of the occurrence.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and similarly situated co-accused Munna Chaubey @ Sanjay Chaubey has already been enlarged on bail by order dated 15.09.2011 vide Criminal Misc. No. 20886 of 2011.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
