The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

7.5 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from behind the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from behind the house of petitioner, which is an open place and not covered by any boundary wall. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
