1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 20.12.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.64300/2024. It is further submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed by an order dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure-3).

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.33151 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.5/2024.

6. However, it is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
