JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 380, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that in course of occurrence the petitioner gave Farsa blow causing injury on the head and forehead of the informant.

Submission is that, in fact, due to land dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Moreover, only one injury was found on the person of the informant and opinion was kept reserved till C.T. Scan of brain. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2016.
