The petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No.33 of 2020/G.R. No.574 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police got information that two persons were carrying liquor on a motorcycle and when the police intercepted the motorcycle, one person managed to flee away. Another person was arrested and from his possession, 55 litres of liquor was recovered. The apprehended accused namely, Ravindra Sharma disclosed the name of the petitioner. Ravindra Sharma has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.18413 of 2020. Petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2020. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33378 of 2020(2) dt.15-12-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge(Excise), Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.33 of 2020/G.R. No.574 of 2020.
