2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 15455 of 2017 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide an order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 1774 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 15455 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
