The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended and on his disclosure a stolen motor cycle was recovered from the house of Hemant Chaudhary for which another case was instituted. The petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in the aforesaid case. The petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and that the petitioner has already remained in jail for five months, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26394 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014.
