Petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354, 354-A, 354-B, 354-C, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 66(E) of the IT Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the video footage. One of the accused has been identified as Sanjit Yadav @ Dara.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32093 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
